Christian young people who are a year removed from high school graduation may be able to work at the Bill Rice Ranch as counselors.

Operational Staff work alongside the permanent Bill Rice Ranch staff to help provide an excellent camping experience for all who attend.

Opportunities
- Each summer there are opportunities to work in one of three distinct camp programs. Counselors are needed in Junior Camp (ages 8-12), Youth Camp (ages 12-19), and Deaf Camp (ages 9-19).
- One of the finest privileges you will have is counseling those who respond in the services.
- As a counselor you will have the opportunity to work with many different church groups and church counselors.
Summer Staff Counselor
Requirements
Christian young people who are a year removed from high school graduation are eligible. The church they are a member of needs to be in line with the doctrine and practices taught at the Ranch. The Bill Rice Ranch holds to the doctrine and practices of independent Baptist churches.

Guys – high school aged (who have completed the Ranch Hand program) and college aged young men
Girls – college aged young women who have been out of high school for at least one year
