Along with activities designed for a variety of ages, you can also stay over an extra night to enjoy the small town 4th of July festivities in Williams including a parade and fireworks. Camp activities include a hike, sports facilities, Sponge War, obstacle course, airsoft shooting ranges, and many more things. Enjoy great fellowship, delicious food and private accommodations. <strong>Best of all, hear Bible preaching designed to help your family be on the same page spiritually.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Family Camp Costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>By June 2:<\/strong> $110 per person for the first 2 in the family, then $60 per person after that for all age 5 and up.<br \/>These fees INCLUDE the $25 per person registration fee per person which is sent in advance.<br \/>Anyone in the family up to age 4 - $10 per only paid at arrival (no registration fee).<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>After June 2:<\/strong> $120 per person for the first 2 in the family, then $70 per person after that for all age 5 and up.<br \/>These fees INCLUDE a $35 per person registration fee per person.<br \/>Anyone up to age 4 - still $10 only, paid at arrival, with no registration fee.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Register early! <\/strong>Register early to save money and secure your spot! Send the registration fee for each person in the family age 5 &amp; up with one registration form per family. Registration is $25 per person by June 2 and $35 per person after June 2 while space is available. Registration fees are non-refundable. The balance may be paid upon arrival. Note: There are fewer than a dozen family cabins available on camp. Should space fill up, we can share with you special pricing for the program only and you can find separate housing in town nearby.<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>To stay one extra night in order to enjoy local Williams Fourth of July festivities, please add a $50 extra night fee (one per family). No West Branch meals or activities are provided after Saturday breakfast. Wholesome standards displaying modesty and distinction between the sexes are intended to be a help and blessing to you. While camp dress is casual, we encourage each camper to clean up for supper and the service each evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Boys<\/strong> No shorts. Since all campers are asked to be neat and clean for the services, sweatpants or wind pants will not be appropriate for services. Jeans are fine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Girls<\/strong> No pants, shorts (see last line), capris or gauchos. Skirts, dresses, and activity attire (culottes\/athletic wear) must be knee-length and of proper fullness. Culottes are generally reserved for afternoon activities while skirts or dresses are worn in the mornings and evenings for services. We accept knee-length, baggy athletic shorts as culottes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food<\/strong><br \/>Delicious meals will be served each day starting with supper Thursday from our mobile commercial kitchen with various options at each meal. Dining is outdoors under the beautiful pines with indoor options in case of rain. The final meal served is Saturday breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cabins<\/strong><br \/>Families stay together in our cabins (bunk beds) with full restroom facilities. Bring your own linens or rent from us at a minimal cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Camper medications may be turned in to the camp first aid station to be dispensed by staff on a regular schedule if you prefer not to keep them in your cabin or if you need refrigeration. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Diabetics or others on special diets must bring their own foodstuffs if supplement beyond regular meal is desired<\/span>. A shared refrigerator and microwave is available for use by adults for those with special dietary needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrival<\/strong><br \/>Plan to be West Branch for the first meal and first service. A good beginning is important to the success of the entire camp. Please contact us for special permission for any camper to come later than the arranged beginning of camp. Family Camp begins Thursday afternoon at 3:15 PM with a welcome meeting followed by the first activity. This meeting is required for all Family Camp campers. You may check in and receive your cabin assignment anytime from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Thursday (lunch is not served on camp Thursday). The first official meeting and activity will be followed by the first service and first meal.<\/p>\n<p>Family Camp ends with a light breakfast on Saturday morning. Plan to leave around 9 AM Saturday morning.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_tab et_pb_tab_2 clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_tab_content\"><p><strong>Everyone<\/strong><br \/>Bring a Bible, notebook, pen, flashlight, bedding\/sleeping bags (bunk beds), towels, washcloths, reusable water bottle, good shoes for activities, and other personal items. Northern Arizona weather is often still cool during mornings, evenings, and rainy seasons; we recommend bringing a light jacket or hoodie. Bedding, towels and washcloths may be rented from West Branch (limited supply). You may need money for snacks, souvenirs, books, speaker offerings, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please DO NOT bring<\/strong><br \/>Radios, CD\/MP3\/DVD players, gaming devices, skate boards, bikes, roller blades, large knives, or firearms. Activities are also planned with a variety of ages and interests in mind.
