Youth Retreats

Dates Available: April 7-23, April 28 – May 10, 2025
For: Ages 12-19 and youth leaders
Speaker: Evangelist Troy Carlson

Setup: For several years, we have been hosting groups of Christian school seniors from around the country for Senior Trip Retreats. We accommodate groups with lodging, some meals, and a daily Bible preaching service while they spend the rest of their day seeing Grand Canyon and other local sites. We are also able to accommodate groups with some activities onsite such as camp fires, Gaga Ball, Nine Square in the Air, Bungee Run, other indoor and outdoor activities in the Pines. These tailor made events are now available to like-minded church teen groups in the Southwest. Contact us at westbranch@billriceranch.org or 928.635.2097 for more details on setting up a personalized retreat together. Please see our “Senior Trip Retreats” page under “Camps & Retreats” above for many links to area activities.

Dress & Standards: West Branch dress is required for all meals, services, and activities on camp. From the beginning, West Branch has sought to be an encouragement in the matters of modesty and distinction. For this reason, ladies and girls are asked to wear skirts, dresses, or culottes of proper length (knee-length) and fullness. Please no slacks, capris, or gauchos. Athletic shorts may be worn for culottes if they are long enough (knee-length) and full. Boys and men are asked to wear full-length pants (no shorts). Weather is quite cool in the spring. Check ahead for forecast to bring appropriate clothes and bedding. Also, on our Christian campground, no alcohol or smoking is permitted.

Housing: Enjoy our spacious, comfortable cabins with bunk bed accommodations (bring your own linens or sleeping bag or rent from us). All cabins include full bathrooms with showers.

Costs & Registration: Costs are based on the number of nights staying at West Branch.

One night – $50/person
Two nights – $70/person
Three nights – $90/person

Prices are valid for teens and leaders.
Cost provides lodging, hot breakfast, nice sack lunch per day + Bible preaching, area information, and activities as desired.

A Note from Bro. Troy: West Branch has a long history of emphasizing Bible preaching that helps young people. We are burdened about issues such as clarity of the gospel, assurance of salvation, separated Christian living, friends, and God’s will. We love young people and care deeply about helping you help them be all that God would have them be. We exist to “make the most of preaching for churches and those they seek to reach.” This is the heart we have in accommodating your group and sharing God;s Word with them during your stay.

Other Groups: Since we are serving groups from not only the Southwest, but also around the country during this timeframe, please be advised that your event could overlap with another church’s or Christian school’s.
