Getting started at BRCA
We are delighted that you are interested in Bill Rice Christian Academy and look forward to meeting your family as you seek God’s path for your child. We accept new students for K4 through 8th grades, and students can stay with us through 12th grade. Follow the steps below for enrollment.

Before you begin, take a look at our Online Family Packet below. It will paint a picture of what the BRCA experience will look like for your child.

Step 1: Schedule a Tour & Placement Test
Take your child on a BRCA tour to see a class in action and how your child will learn and grow! Each student (K4-8th) will take a placement test after the tour to show they are on level with our academic and behavioral standards. Click below to schedule your tour…

Step 2: Online Application
After the tour and placement test, just click the button below to begin the Online Application process. Once you complete the application, we will send the teacher questionnaire (Step 3).

Step 3: Teacher Questionnaire
If the placement test is passed, a questionnaire will be sent to the student’s current/former teacher (K4-8th) asking general questions about character and academics. Two teacher questionnaires are required for Middle Schoolers.

Step 4: Enrollment Packet
If the teacher questionnaire is passed, you will receive an acceptance email with a link to the Enrollment Packet. Once submitted, the enrollment fee is charged to reserve the child’s spot. If no spots are available, no fee is charged, and the child is placed on the waitlist.
