Admissions Steps
We are delighted that you are interested in Bill Rice Christian Academy and look forward to meeting your family as you seek God’s path for your child. While we accept new students for K4 through 5th grade, students can stay with us through 12th grade. Follow these steps for enrollment.

Step 1: Online Application
Click the apply button below to begin the enrollment process. Once you have completed the online application, we will contact you to set a tour.

Step 2: Tour & Placement Test
Take a tour with your child to see a class in action and how your child will learn and grow! Each student applying for 1st-5th grades must take a placement test to show they are on grade-level with our curriculum.

Step 3: Teacher Questionnaire
If the placement test is passed, a questionnaire will be sent to the student’s former teacher asking general questions about character and academics.

Step 4: Enrollment Packet
If the teacher questionnaire is passed, you will receive an acceptance email and a link to officially enroll your child. For K4 and K5, the immunization record and a copy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted. Once the enrollment packet is complete and submitted, the student is officially enrolled.
