If your church group is considering a week of camp at the Bill Rice Ranch in 2024, here is some good news for you!

Fast Track Reservations

Fast Track Benefits:

1. Hold your space until February 28.

2. Provide one free week for a counselor of your choice.

3. Give you a free steak cookout ticket to be used during your week at camp.

4. OPTION 1: You will have a beautiful deluxe room free of charge for you or the adults of your choosing (the normal charge for these rooms is $50 per night added to the regular camp fee). Sorry, children are not allowed in your free deluxe room.

OPTION 2: The week of camp for your group leader or another counselor is FREE! (This is in addition to your other free counselor.)

5. Your benefits are doubled when you Fast Track Teens and Juniors

Your $100 Fast Track payment (sent between Aug. 1-Nov. 30) gets you:

Your choice of camp week dates
Special perks worth over $500

(Fast Track payment is $200 if sent between November 30-February 28)

Remember, Fast Track is on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp weeks and deluxe rooms will fill up.

You pick your week (first-come, first-served).
Send us your completed Fast Track form including your estimated number of campers.
Send us a check for $100 between Aug. 1 – Nov. 30 ($200 after Nov. 30) for each camp program
(non-refundable & does not apply to other fees).
You may purchase one Fast Track Reservation for each program your church attends (Youth, Junior, Deaf).
Fast Track Reservations will be open until February 28, 2024.
Camper registration fees must be postmarked by February 28 to hold your chosen week of camp.

Junior Camp: Ages 8-12
Camp Fee: $265 Per Week*
Registration fee $50 – Total $315

Youth Camp: Ages 12-19
Camp Fee: $285 Per Week
