Cost Breakdown
The total cost for one year at Bill Rice Bible College is $7,875. Here is a breakdown of yearly costs:
Preliminary Fees (paid before arrival)
- Application fee ($50, due with application)*
- Reservation fee ($225, upon acceptance)*

Graduation Fee ($80, one-time fee for graduates from their program. Paid in the March prior to graduation)
- Initial payment ($1,250) and Book Fee ($375)
School Year Balance ($5,895 paid in monthly installments throughout the school year)
- Tuition ($2,800)
- Room and Board ($3,095)
*Paid only for the first year.
Scholarships & Financial Aid
Cumberland Hills Baptist Church Scholarship ($500.00)
Eligible recipients must have served at Bill Rice Ranch or West Branch or have a parent who has served at Bill Rice Ranch or West Branch. Students are selected based on need.
Alumni Scholarship ($1,000.00)
Any student returning to BRBC to continue their collegiate studies is eligible to apply for the Alumni Scholarship. These returning students must apply for the scholarship and write an essay on an assigned topic. The scholarship is awarded to the student whose essay is selected as the best among those entered.
Student Loan Program
Under the Student Loan Program, students can borrow up to $3,750.00 per year for their tuition and room and board expenses. Contact us for full details about the program.
Scholarship Fund
Bill Rice Bible College maintains a scholarship fund. At times, funds above those intended for designated scholarships are used to help students with a financial hardship. These funds are limited. Contact us for information about submitting a financial hardship form.
Friends Discount ($500.00)
Accepted students may receive up to $500 off their bill when their name is listed as the referral for new applicants. Contact the college for complete eligibility requirements.

The Bill Rice Ranch is a revival ministry centered on the preaching of God’s Word. Begun in 1953 to reach the Deaf, the ministry has grown now to reach thousands of hearing and Deaf people each year from around the world.
