Elementary Character Development Program
Because character development is crucial in the formative elementary years, our teachers and staff have a desire to help kids do what is right. It is a priority each day.
Individual Character Plans
Our Elementary teachers spend many hours training their students to do right. At the end of each quarter, they evaluate each individual’s character needs. Then they write out an individualized plan on how to help each child with these needs. This is a tool to help teachers give their students a desire to do what is right.
Awards
We desire to uplift all students who do what is right. Elementary students can earn two awards throughout each month – the Character Award and the Student of the Month. These tools allow teachers to encourage those who are doing right.
One-on-One Coaching
With such small class sizes, our teachers have the time built into their day to work with students one-on-one with character needs. Whether it’s on the playground, in the hallway, or even in the middle of class, our teachers help their students grow in Christian character.
BRCA stands out among other Christian schools in Murfreesboro by producing young people who desire to do right on their own by obeying God’s principles.
