Matt Downs
Evangelist
Evangelist Matt Downs is the Camp Director at the Bill Rice Ranch. Matt came to the Ranch as a camper, then served as a counselor, and has served at the camp since 2003. Matt has an obvious burden to see young people understand their need of Jesus Christ as Savior. He and his family travel to churches throughout the year holding evangelistic meetings and teen rally events.
